I go on many forums and try to find what Climashield Wiggys use ?
Since there are plenty, it is a bit confusing,

1/Is this COMBAT / XP / HL / the newest APEX / NEO / GREEN

2/some people claim GREEN can be weaker since inception of non virgin fiber ....

3/what are the various Thickness/weight (denier) and Fibers’ diameter (microns) ?

The last time I talked to Wiggy was a few years back when the manufacturer was transitioning from polarguard products to the climashield brand.  At that time Wiggy was using a non-branded continuous filament insulation similar to 3D made by western nonwovens (now harvest c.i.).

You’re pretty deep in the weeds here Dann.  If you’re making a quilt or bag, go with XP and focus on the biggest issues like design and pattern.
